Guidance of how to improve manual The manuals search functions should be improved. Also in terms of diagnostics it would be useful to give a list of specified diagnostic guidelines to assist with fault finding. i.e Fuel injection - Rail pressure should be xyz, fuel supply pressure abc etc. Then give guidance on what pages to check if faults found

I ordered my manual 24 hours ago... I ordered my manual 24 hours ago. Instead of a file that contained my manual I was sent a file that upon opening just asked me to email them and ask for my manual. I have emailed them repeatedly and there has been no response. They sent me a recite for the money they took but no manual. Their customer service line is busy every time I attempt to call. I will be reporting this as a fraudulent transaction and finding a new company.
