GBExcellent product and customer service We bought the GPS tracker (the black one as the charge lasts longer) for my mother as she often gets lost returning home, when she goes out. We’ve used it for the last two years and it has kept mum safe, because we always knew where she is and where to find her. It comes on a key ring and mum would forget what it was and remove it, so we hid it inside the lining of her handbag, which she always took out with her. So, we couldn’t use the other features on it but it did what we needed it to. Also, initially on setting it up with the necessary APP the Techsilver team were excellent at helping me over the phone. Very kind and patient.
