Since February 2020 until February… Since February 2020 until February 2024, I used TechSilver's Tracker GPS Watch online services for my Mum (located at 12000km away from my residence!). From day one up to cancellation date, Tranquil (Formerly TechSilver) people have been always of a great support (with the one-to-one communications, prompt, patient and friendly), help and assistance with all my enquires. Also, I found the hardware needed (e.g. Doro Secure 480 Tracker Watch, Locking Strap and Spare key etc.) at reasonable prices (in comparison with other similar products). Therefore, I do not have enough words in expressing my personal satisfaction and the appreciation. I got the device for my elderly mother who had dementia. The tracker is very accurate and easy to use. Excellent product and customer service We bought the GPS tracker (the black one as the charge lasts longer) for my mother as she often gets lost returning home, when she goes out. We’ve used it for the last two years and it has kept mum safe, because we always knew where she is and where to find her. It comes on a key ring and mum would forget what it was and remove it, so we hid it inside the lining of her handbag, which she always took out with her. So, we couldn’t use the other features on it but it did what we needed it to. Also, initially on setting it up with the necessary APP the Techsilver team were excellent at helping me over the phone. Very kind and patient.

GrandPad is fantastic This is the most amazing company I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. My mom suffered from dementia so we bought a GrandPad for her & I cannot praise it & the staff behind it enough. Having it allowed mom to stay in her own home as she could contact us & see us when she could no longer use a telephone. I cannot recommend everything/everyone about this company enough. Thank you all for allowing my mom to be safe in her own home, we are so grateful.
