From day one up to cancellation date, Tranquil (Formerly TechSilver) people have been always of a great support (with the one-to-one communications, prompt, patient and friendly), help and assistance with all my enquires. Also, I found the hardware needed (e.g. Doro Secure 480 Tracker Watch, Locking Strap and Spare key etc.) at reasonable prices (in comparison with other similar products). Therefore, I do not have enough words in expressing my personal satisfaction and the appreciation. The tracker is an excellent product The tracker is an excellent product. We attached it to my elderly father's house keys and it served its purpose on several occasions when he got lost and had to be rescued. The battery seemed to last about five days in between charges and the tracker itself was very accurate and works in real time.
