Great Company, products and service I was fortunate enough to find TechSilver when looking for options for keeping my elderly dad safe at home. I purchased two trackers from them…the second simply because it was an updated version with much longer battery life. They were a great reassurance to me and enabled me to support dad at home knowing if he left the house I’d be able to locate him. Small device big on reassurance The customer service is good, as is the video user guide. The device design is compact, it has several useful features and is easy to set-up on your phone. Needed charging once a week, despite keeping it on the lowest power setting (the battery life claims to be much greater in this mode, so contact them if you experience the same). If you plan to put it on a set of keys, get one of their keyrings, as I found it tight to fit onto any of the keyrings I had at home.

Life Changing This watch has been an absolute game changer for our family. It has allowed our father to remain living independently and has saved us from the financial and emotional toll of moving him to assisted living. GrandPad is fantastic This is the most amazing company I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. My mom suffered from dementia so we bought a GrandPad for her & I cannot praise it & the staff behind it enough. Having it allowed mom to stay in her own home as she could contact us & see us when she could no longer use a telephone. I cannot recommend everything/everyone about this company enough.
