I would not recommend RaceChip I would not recommend RaceChip. I bought it tried it and it did nothing good. The Technical support was rude, aggressive and ultimately useless- Your coils are bad you need new plugs. I sent it back for a refund - it didn't do anything and nobody was surprised - especially not their Returns Department. They must get a lot of practice to be so good at it. I don't believe that these "Chips" do anything apart from have a light and a funny little screwdriver

Racechip 2020 Veloster Turbo DCT experience... I purchased the Racechip S for my 2020 Veloster Turbo DCT for an improvement in performance and driveability. It lived up to ALL my expectations....easy to install with very good instructions. After two days of driving, my car became a completely different animal. Boost came on much sooner, acceleration gains were incredible. Overall, I am VERY pleased with my Race Chip Experience. Buy one, you will NOT be disappointed, despite some of the NEGATIVE posts on Youtube. Don't believe the "naysayers" !!

Like a race horse The ordering process was easy, the delivery was incredibly fast (Germany to Canada in 3 days), the install went without a hitch (I asked a mechanic to install), and the result is fabulous. An increase in HP from 333 to about 400 ! Wow. There were 2 glitches. 1. I had a tough time determining which boost pressure sensors were installed on my Audi S4 because I couldn't remove a sensor for inspection, I had to get help with that. 2. After the install was completed, the instructions weren't clear (to me) on the mapping progression. After tech support from Germany I learned that mapping 7 (the highest level) is where you want to be if performance is acceptable at that level. So my 2011 6 cylinder S4 with 170,000 km has acceleration like a race horse, and fuel economy as actually improved! Thanks to the Racechip guys. I'm having fun all over again.

Great customer service/ great product for VW/ Audi! Great customer service. A few things came up, but they shipped replacements quick and update over the app settings very fast. Highly recommended!! Buying another race chip product soon

Own a 2015 Audi SQ5 Own a 2015 Audi SQ5. Great web-site that provides all the right information and several options at a good price. Purchased the RS w/app. Received pretty quick and install was simple and instructions covered troubleshooting. Just tested on a Dyno after having it a few weeks and HP increased 38-48! Significant difference w/o spending thousands! Great product that’s true to its claims. Thanks guys!
