MIB Region change for VW Golf GTE from Japan to UK/EU I imported a Golf GTE from Japan to UK. I needed a patch and firmware update to change the MIB2 from Asia to EU. The software I bought from vagupdate did the job and I now have the car the way I want it. I did read the reviews and was slightly suspicious that the negative ones were not genuine, so I decided to trust and was not disappointed. A great service from a trustworthy company. Thank you!

Purchased a service that got billed 3… Purchased a service that got billed 3 times by mistake so 2 of the 3 were refunded. When receiving the intended product it was working incorrectly. Have been unable to receive any support. So I requested a refund directly from them. Funny enough, soon after. All refunds for prior products were canceled so even though I consented to the purchase of one product I've been billed 3 times. Even called the dealership that this company claims to be headquartered at, and they said they're phonies that falsely use their address all the time and they're going to pursue a cease and desist.

Scam site Scam site - purchased a VW update last week on VAGupdate and its a total scam as they dont respond or send any update just take your money. Have called them, sent several email, sent message on Whatsup no respons whatsoever. Stay away from this site they just take your money its a scam site even if it look rather professional.

Reboot issue fixed I was having reboot issues with my VW MIB. I contacted vagupdate team for a solution and they provided me firmware update and I installed it on my own without visiting dealer or workshop. It was super easy and now my problem is fixed. Thank you guys.
