USPurchased a service that got billed 3… Purchased a service that got billed 3 times by mistake so 2 of the 3 were refunded. When receiving the intended product it was working incorrectly. Have been unable to receive any support. So I requested a refund directly from them. Funny enough, soon after. All refunds for prior products were canceled so even though I consented to the purchase of one product I've been billed 3 times. Even called the dealership that this company claims to be headquartered at, and they said they're phonies that falsely use their address all the time and they're going to pursue a cease and desist.

AUOnline scammers. Do not go near them!! I purchased a firmware update for my VW Golf infotainment unit. The update failed. It BRICKED my infotainment unit. I sought tech support. NO REPLIES TO NUMEROUS EMAILS. The contact PHONE NUMBER is a scam. It's an answering machine meant to stop you talking to anyone. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS MOB. THEY ARE OPPORTUNISTS WITH NO TECHNICAL EXPERTISE OR CUSTOMER CARE ETHOS!!

TRInstalled ETKA without any problem I purchased ETKA software from them and they installed it remotely. The team was really helpful and experienced. I appreciated with their service and I am 100% sure that this is not a scam website. There are real people behind and they know their job. Thanks again.

AUBest service I purchased ODIS… Best service I purchased ODIS engineering online from VAG update and they connected me over the internet and assisted me with the installation legit installation I’m very grateful for the service and patient of course it takes fair a bit of time I wanted to thank Shona Toms especially who assisted me with the process from the beginning until the end :-) Highly recommended

USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN PERIL !!, PURCHASED AN ONLINE SERVICE AND THEY FRIED MY DASH BOARD IMMOBILIZING THE CAR LEAVING ME WITH A £1300 REPAIR BILL, AS SOON AS THE DASH BOARD WENT DEAD THEY WENT OFF-LINE AND DIDNT CARE OR COMMUNICATE EVER AGAIN !!, BUNCH OF CARELESS COWBOYS SO AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!.
