Audi Navigation & Carplay Activated I have searched a lot just for navigation function activation for my new Audi A5. Dealers could not help. No function on demand available in myaudi app. I couldn't believe that these guys activated it remotely just in 20 minutes. Thanks for everything.

Updated MIB firmware and gor CarPlay My old golf MIB updated to latest version and I got Apple Carplay now. I am very satisfied with their service. Everything was perfect. Special thanks to Chris who helped me remotely.

Purchased a service that got billed 3… Purchased a service that got billed 3 times by mistake so 2 of the 3 were refunded. When receiving the intended product it was working incorrectly. Have been unable to receive any support. So I requested a refund directly from them. Funny enough, soon after. All refunds for prior products were canceled so even though I consented to the purchase of one product I've been billed 3 times. Even called the dealership that this company claims to be headquartered at, and they said they're phonies that falsely use their address all the time and they're going to pursue a cease and desist.

Scam site Scam site! Bought an infotainment firmware update. Contacted by chat and was promised a newer version. When i recieved the download link the firmware predated the car. When contacting them by chat they seemed helpful at first, telling me that they would contact the dealer when The firmware couldnt be installed. When I notoced that the firmware was at least 4 years old i tried to make a return. They did no longer respond in a timely manner. I initiated a paypal dispute and immediately recieved threats that they would report me to the dealer and revoking the cars warranty on whatsapp. Paypal was not helpful. Beware, they will take your money and run.

Firmware update of my MIB1 system I wanted to update the MIB1 system in my 2014 Volkswagen Sportsvan and the local dealerships (in the Netherlands) were either not interested or they wanted to charge a high fee. Upon my search on how to update I found VAGupdate and I was pleased with the support I received through the chat. The firmware was delivered within the hour. Unfortunately the update did not work the first time as the SD card I used was 8GB. Using a 32GB version did the trick and approx. 70 minutes later the update was completed. I can certainly recommend them. While reading the other reviews you may think the service is not good but I think these reviews are not genuine so please just contact VAGupdate and experience the good support yourself.
