Firmware update of my MIB1 system I wanted to update the MIB1 system in my 2014 Volkswagen Sportsvan and the local dealerships (in the Netherlands) were either not interested or they wanted to charge a high fee. Upon my search on how to update I found VAGupdate and I was pleased with the support I received through the chat. The firmware was delivered within the hour. Unfortunately the update did not work the first time as the SD card I used was 8GB. Using a 32GB version did the trick and approx. 70 minutes later the update was completed. I can certainly recommend them. While reading the other reviews you may think the service is not good but I think these reviews are not genuine so please just contact VAGupdate and experience the good support yourself.

Recommended for ETKA online I have been using their ETKA online service for a while and I am happy with it. They offer cheap solution for online VIN check. If you are looking this kind of service do not look anywhere else. This is the best and cheap solution I could find online.

Works flawlessly! It took them about 36 hours to get my update for Volkswagen Tiguan MIB3 , however it worked flawlessly. Quality seems 100% legit , no issues. Don't know where bad reviews would come from but it's not a scam for sure :)

Online scammers. Do not go near them!! I purchased a firmware update for my VW Golf infotainment unit. The update failed. It BRICKED my infotainment unit. I sought tech support. NO REPLIES TO NUMEROUS EMAILS. The contact PHONE NUMBER is a scam. It's an answering machine meant to stop you talking to anyone. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS MOB. THEY ARE OPPORTUNISTS WITH NO TECHNICAL EXPERTISE OR CUSTOMER CARE ETHOS!!

Updated MIB firmware and gor CarPlay My old golf MIB updated to latest version and I got Apple Carplay now. I am very satisfied with their service. Everything was perfect. Special thanks to Chris who helped me remotely.
