GBDead Battery My van battery died and I received a jump from a friend and drove directly to Ooroo, without an appointment, and they took care of putting in a new battery for me on the spot. Great customer service! I will definitely be going back to Ooroo :)

GBThey will take advantage before they help If not preforming services you asked for and preforming what THEY want to do,making excuses for not using their shuttle service they offer and using YOUR vehicle even though you stated you have a carseat for said shuttle. And having your check engine light come on a week after they have your vehicle, power steering fluid being EMPTY after leaving their shop(but is fine now after being filled even though they claim a leak)No oil change done even though that's what you requested and is in a 90k service at most good auto repair shops. This place is terrible,they took advantage of a sick single mom needing help. They pick and choose what they wanted to do for a 90k mile service that was being paid for by an amazing place that helps people in our community. I'm baffled at the email response I received from Lindsey the director of operations. MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND EVERYTHING BEING TOLD TO YOU AND GET AN ESTIMATE EMAILED TO YOU BEFORE AGREEING TO ANYTHING! I never received an estimate,I was trying to write everything down a Rory was quickly giving a list of things that "needed to be done."

GBDylan was very helpful and explained… Dylan was very helpful and explained what he did and what may be needed. Very nice gentleman. Will definitely be booking my next oil change with them again!

GBSeamless service Seamless service! Was able to get an oil change in next day. Great communication, quick service, great customer service. Very honest about my extra car needs. Let me know my two front tires needed replaced ( and this isn’t a service they provide) which I felt was awesome to help me out with no benefit to them. Zach was awesome!
