Dead Battery My van battery died and I received a jump from a friend and drove directly to Ooroo, without an appointment, and they took care of putting in a new battery for me on the spot. Great customer service! I will definitely be going back to Ooroo :)

I could get used to this!! A+++ for OOROO. I learned about and used their mobile service for my car that was having a bad time. Instead of having to call and have it towed in, they came to me. It worked out great. I highly recommend OOROO and their service, both in shop and now the mobile convenience too. Turned out my car needed more than could be done at my home. They sent two of their folks to collect my car and took it to the shop, didn’t have to call and have it towed. All this service at no extra cost. They were going to bring it home after repairs but I happened to be shopping and decided to stop by and pick it up. This all to me is service above and beyond any experience I’ve ever had before for car repairs. I can’t give them enough stars for how impressed I was. Thanks OOROO

Very professional Very professional, courteous and quick. They come to my office and I can keep working while my oil is changed. They let me know of any issues while they are working on my car, to see if I want to go ahead and fix it now, and if I want to wait, they will put me on the schedule to follow up and get it fixed the following month. Dylan, the mobile technician, is friendly and a pleasure to deal with! Love Ooroo and would recommend them to anyone!

Tale of a 57Chevy with a bad generator. Our 57 Chevy had a bad generator. Apparently that part is scarce as hen's teeth! John got online and searched diligently for a replacement - no luck. He didn't give up and called an alternator shop in Tucson. Small miracles still happen! They had one on their shelves and John got it that day and the car was up and running before day's end. We couldn't believe our luck. We were prepared to wait for weeks to find one or have ours rebuilt. OOROO did an amazing job and John really made our day. They certainly will have our business in the future.

My jeep wouldn't start. I went to leave for work and my Jeep wouldn't start. I scheduled an appointment on the ooroo app for the next day. I got a call that they could come that morning to my house. They were able to identify the issue and install a new battery. They were timely, thorough, and provided great customer service.
