Completely a scam! This company is a fraud! They are 100% out to scam people out of ALL their money! They lie, will always say the check is mailed out, fully knowing you're never getting paid. They told me at least 8 times my check was mailed, and all eight times they said my check was lost. How are businesses like this able to commit such heinous acts?! STAY AWAY FROM ASE PROTECTION...you will be robbed!

After canceling the policy and sending… After canceling the policy and sending the cancelation paperwork not once but twice, they don't pick up the phone. I have sent it a third letter and this time I sent it Certified with a signature. That way I know they have received it, The next step is to file a civil suit. I am almost positive they will close down and re-brand to a different name.

I have never had such a horrible… I have never had such a horrible customer experience and will take the time out of my day to ensure I share such experience on all forms of review, social media and BBB. 3 calls exceeding 20 to 40 minute answer time, 'lost emails', emails not submitted, supervisors arguing and attempting to make excuses for such lack of service and professionalism. 48 hrs so far with my car in the shop waiting for ASE to get around to authorizing my repair. Oh and the covered rental car only applies once they have 'authorized' the repair. Its a scam to frustrate you and the mechanic. I'm waiting for the eventual denial for whatever reason or the 'only cover X $s of the repair. DO NOT BUY!!!!
