GBI have never had such a horrible… I have never had such a horrible customer experience and will take the time out of my day to ensure I share such experience on all forms of review, social media and BBB. 3 calls exceeding 20 to 40 minute answer time, 'lost emails', emails not submitted, supervisors arguing and attempting to make excuses for such lack of service and professionalism. 48 hrs so far with my car in the shop waiting for ASE to get around to authorizing my repair. Oh and the covered rental car only applies once they have 'authorized' the repair. Its a scam to frustrate you and the mechanic. I'm waiting for the eventual denial for whatever reason or the 'only cover X $s of the repair. DO NOT BUY!!!!

GBPurchased the extended warranty for 3… Purchased the extended warranty for 3 years/45,000 miles when I purchased a used vehicle. Had to put it in the shop for injector issues about 10,000 miles / 1 year into it. They denied my claim stating that I missed 6 fuel filter changes. I did have to do one fuel filter replacement and 2 oil changes during the time that I owned the vehicle. They told me that it was my responsibility to ensure that maintenance was completed by the previous owner. What a SCAM! Buyer Beware!

GBDO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS… DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They are a scam company that must be shut down immediately. They stole $2,000 from us. They have lied to my husband promising to refund these funds going on a year now. Rude staff, that make no efforts to help in anyway. Mind you, my refund check has never made it me. They prolonged the process by investigating and placing stop payments. Check has gotten lost twice now. All SCAMS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! THE DELAWARE DA NEEDS TO LOOK INTO THIS PLACE ASAP

GBBeware of doing business with this… Beware of doing business with this company. I payed upfront for both my cars. In September 2023, I requested a refund. It has been six months now still waiting on a reimbursement check. I was told they never received my notarized letter and pictures of the odometer. Therefore, I emailed the documents. Then I was told they could not work off a copy of the notarized copy, that they needed the original copy. So, I sent new notarized documents. Then, I was told the person that signed for the Notarized documents (Catelin Wilson) works at the front desk, but does not work for ASE. On another call, I was told they received everything, and it was sent to investigations for review. Now, I am told that they do not have my documents and I need to resend them a new notarized letter, because the one they have is to old. (Confirmation that they did receive my documents). You can’t speak to a manager or supervisor only customer service. I’ve emailed and left plenty of messages. I wish I would have read these reviews before I gave these people my money. I would be interested in joining the civil lawsuit. I need to be refunded my money!

GBWarrenty got in contact with me shortly… Warrenty got in contact with me shortly after I purchased my Engine. They explained to me all the benefits of having a warranty in place for a second hand vehicle and what was going to be covered if something went wrong with the car. They sent me an email with a break system of prices for different options. I was very happy with the quotations and there was no hard sell or pushing to make a decision. Everything was made easy for me and I now have peace of mind for the next 5 years knowing that Warrenty are there to help if I need them or have a breakdown. I would definitely recommend them to others and will be using them again for sure in the future.😊
