Don't get scammed Don't get scammed. They are the worst. I paid $1,250 up front for a 5 year plan. They promise hassle free claims process, thats BS they have no intentions on covering any major expense ASE Protection is a deceitful and fraudulent business. their rude and bullying tactics are outrageous. I took my car in to the repair shop 4/12/23 cuz the air conditioning stop working. The mechanic said it needed a to be replaced and found 2 other problems, and submitted the claim totaling $4,100. For months my car at the mechanics shop waiting for ASE protection to approve it. Months go by they deny the claim with no reason and told me they give $500 once I paid the repairs in full and sent them a copy of the paid invoice. So, I was stuck with no recourse did exactly that. Now it's 9/14/23. Still can't get anyone to on the phone or to call me back. Still trying as of 11/7/23.

I have never had such a horrible… I have never had such a horrible customer experience and will take the time out of my day to ensure I share such experience on all forms of review, social media and BBB. 3 calls exceeding 20 to 40 minute answer time, 'lost emails', emails not submitted, supervisors arguing and attempting to make excuses for such lack of service and professionalism. 48 hrs so far with my car in the shop waiting for ASE to get around to authorizing my repair. Oh and the covered rental car only applies once they have 'authorized' the repair. Its a scam to frustrate you and the mechanic. I'm waiting for the eventual denial for whatever reason or the 'only cover X $s of the repair. DO NOT BUY!!!!

DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS… DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They are a scam company that must be shut down immediately. They stole $2,000 from us. They have lied to my husband promising to refund these funds going on a year now. Rude staff, that make no efforts to help in anyway. Mind you, my refund check has never made it me. They prolonged the process by investigating and placing stop payments. Check has gotten lost twice now. All SCAMS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! THE DELAWARE DA NEEDS TO LOOK INTO THIS PLACE ASAP

This place is horrible This place is horrible. I payed upfront for both my cars. It has been four months now still waiting on a reimbursement check. After they mailed the first check to a totally different state. Even though they have my current address. Then there’s an investigation. For what you guys mailed it to the wrong address. Then no check the second and now third time. You can’t speak to a manager or supervisor only customer service. I’ve emailed and left plenty of messages. I haven’t gotten any response. I wish I would have read these reviews before I gave these people my money.

the good reviews are fake ......this is… the good reviews are fake ......this is a fraud ..still fighting them ...also they are not located in Delaware ..i contacted the the state attorney....run. If anyone can find where they are actually located post it !!
