GBThis place is horrible This place is horrible. I payed upfront for both my cars. It has been four months now still waiting on a reimbursement check. After they mailed the first check to a totally different state. Even though they have my current address. Then there’s an investigation. For what you guys mailed it to the wrong address. Then no check the second and now third time. You can’t speak to a manager or supervisor only customer service. I’ve emailed and left plenty of messages. I haven’t gotten any response. I wish I would have read these reviews before I gave these people my money.

GBBUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE! For those researching or shopping for the best extended service plan for their vehicle or motorcycle, ASE PROTECTION is NOT a good option. ASEPROTECTION.com's website states "Our top rated Motorcycle warranty plans protect you from surprise expenses." In reality, despite what the sales rep says, their contract is filled with legal jargon that simply protects them AND allows them to deny claims. Their Total Blue Shield contract shows covered components under section IV. However, section V shows EXCLUSIONS: PARTS AND SERVICES NOT CONVERED. This is what their claims administrator will reference when denying your claims. As others have mentioned, submitting a claim is a slow and inconvenient process, your calls/claims will be funneled by a small team that provides little to no updates, and you'll be left with an expensive warranty contract that does little to "protect you from surprise expenses." Then, cancelling the contract is just as frustrating. You'll have to provide "a notarized affidavit by mail verifying the vehicle mileage and a DATED VERIFIABLE current ODOMETER PHOTO." Be sure to send it by certified mail and require a signature of receipt. Do not purchase a warranty from ASE PROTECTION. It will not "save you thousands of dollars in repair bills" as stated on their website! If you do, however, be sure to identify all excluded/non-covered components. You'll see that it leaves you with mediocre coverage and protection.

GBThe ASE protection Sales representative… The ASE protection Sales representative was extremely friendly and Knowledgeable, they explained to me in detail what is covered and excluded, sign up process was quick and easy, and They gave me an excellent price, for a 5 year plan.

GBCrap company Crap company! Won’t authorize repair despite it being one of the items that their total blue shield plan covers! The sales person, Marcus Owens, was the most friendly polite person! Until I called because of denied claim! He was so rude and said “Why are you calling me! I am the salesman” This company is complete fraud! I will be Filing some paperwork shortly! When I signed my documents I wasn’t given a copy! The docusign can no longer be retrieved! Of course not!!!

GBAfter canceling the policy and sending… After canceling the policy and sending the cancelation paperwork not once but twice, they don't pick up the phone. I have sent it a third letter and this time I sent it Certified with a signature. That way I know they have received it, The next step is to file a civil suit. I am almost positive they will close down and re-brand to a different name.
