BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE! For those researching or shopping for the best extended service plan for their vehicle or motorcycle, ASE PROTECTION is NOT a good option. ASEPROTECTION.com's website states "Our top rated Motorcycle warranty plans protect you from surprise expenses." In reality, despite what the sales rep says, their contract is filled with legal jargon that simply protects them AND allows them to deny claims. Their Total Blue Shield contract shows covered components under section IV. However, section V shows EXCLUSIONS: PARTS AND SERVICES NOT CONVERED. This is what their claims administrator will reference when denying your claims. As others have mentioned, submitting a claim is a slow and inconvenient process, your calls/claims will be funneled by a small team that provides little to no updates, and you'll be left with an expensive warranty contract that does little to "protect you from surprise expenses." Then, cancelling the contract is just as frustrating. You'll have to provide "a notarized affidavit by mail verifying the vehicle mileage and a DATED VERIFIABLE current ODOMETER PHOTO." Be sure to send it by certified mail and require a signature of receipt. Do not purchase a warranty from ASE PROTECTION. It will not "save you thousands of dollars in repair bills" as stated on their website! If you do, however, be sure to identify all excluded/non-covered components. You'll see that it leaves you with mediocre coverage and protection.

Don't get scammed Don't get scammed. They are the worst. I paid $1,250 up front for a 5 year plan. They promise hassle free claims process, thats BS they have no intentions on covering any major expense ASE Protection is a deceitful and fraudulent business. their rude and bullying tactics are outrageous. I took my car in to the repair shop 4/12/23 cuz the air conditioning stop working. The mechanic said it needed a to be replaced and found 2 other problems, and submitted the claim totaling $4,100. For months my car at the mechanics shop waiting for ASE protection to approve it. Months go by they deny the claim with no reason and told me they give $500 once I paid the repairs in full and sent them a copy of the paid invoice. So, I was stuck with no recourse did exactly that. Now it's 9/14/23. Still can't get anyone to on the phone or to call me back. Still trying as of 11/7/23.

This company is a serious SCAM This company is a serious SCAM. I purchased the vehicle Warranty June of 2022 upfront with full payment of $1900.00. Approximately 1 to 2 months later I called to cancel and was instructed to do the mileage thing and get Notarized letter. Mailed letter, when called to check the status they (Tatiana) stated they never received letter and to wait a few weeks so they could contact the mail room. Called for months and just got a bunch of BS stories. Now May of 2023 still dealing with Tatiana she tells me to get a new Notarized letter and that its my fault and should of mailed the letter again sooner (speaking very rude), then hangs up on me. Start calling and trying to reach anybody else, reach Marcus the original salesperson and he transfers me to supervisor William Porter. William instructs me to email him my Notarized letter and he would start the refund process. Of course, months later still no check and call William back… he states he is going to put a force through for the refund. Calling and calling….Maria now is stating the check was mailed out… wait for check…no check. Call Maria back and now we have to wait for the investigation before another check can be issued and you know the rest. After numerous calls until this day, still no refund. These people need to be reported to someone and we need to file a Civil Lawsuit

I paid $4000 for a protection plan that… I paid $4000 for a protection plan that would only be activated after I put 1,000 miles on my car. I have reached the activation mileage and now no one returns my calls. The contact information URL is bogus. You can only phone or use the postal service. This is feeling like a scam. If I don't receive any communication I'll file a complaint with the State Attorney General.
