More guidance in getting the documents… More guidance in getting the documents entered would have been helpful. Chat and email are the only communication options and the replies were not always within the time limits stated. Once everything was entered, it was smooth sailing.

ClearitUSA Held Up My Business Operations I started with ClearitUSA about a month ago thinking it would help me simplify a complicated process. It did not, customer service was not helpful at all. I ended up having to find another solution. Bottom line is Clearit stalled my business operations and that just isn't acceptable.

I am a first time user. I am a first time user. I was a bit concerned not being able to speak directly with a person by phone, however once I navigated thru the required documents the entry went very smoothly. I could not locate a blank commercial invoice form to fill out for this shipment on the web site. Something you might want to consider. My shipment was a bit unusual as the items being imported into the USA were going to be serviced and returned to me in Canada.
