Exceptional Service at Simplifying a Complex Process I recently ordered an antique Chinese chest from Singapore and had to import it to my home in Oakland, CA. I had no idea where to start or how to go about filing the paperwork for customs clearance. After receiving a message from the seller in Singapore that I would need a broker, a quick online search led me to Clearit USA. They have been amazing every step of the way, providing me guidance on the next steps and answering all of my questions. Most importantly, the response was extremely rapid and clear with fantastic messaging capability. And all at an extremely reasonable price. I would recommend their services to anyone as they make an impossibly difficult process move quickly and seamlessly.

Perfect! First time importing equipment from overseas. We had completely overlooked the need to get the item cleared by Customs until it had arrived. Clearit made the process super simple and very fast. The only thing that would have made this better would have been a 10-minute introductory call with someone who could answer our initial questions and help guide us. I mean, ultimately, we ended up with our clearance in under 3 hours, but it still would have made that initial wait far less stressful to be able to speak with someone.

I am a first time user. I am a first time user. I was a bit concerned not being able to speak directly with a person by phone, however once I navigated thru the required documents the entry went very smoothly. I could not locate a blank commercial invoice form to fill out for this shipment on the web site. Something you might want to consider. My shipment was a bit unusual as the items being imported into the USA were going to be serviced and returned to me in Canada.

They made things very easy and… They made things very easy and understandable for a company that has never done anything like this before. I am not sure why everyone doesn't use them. They should get 10 Stars.
