What could have been improved was the sharing documentation with me, as all I got was an invoice that said everything was fine. Actually seeing the documents that were sent to customs and the trucking company would have gave me more confidence in the process.

My only minor gripe is, even though the system is pretty streamlined, a few well thought out Loom videos showing new-comers the process and steps would be invaluable.

Clearit has been my saving grace We have a shipment of our own personal items coming from Western Australia to Dallas Texas. The shipping company that has been used in Australia has been useless with information regarding taking care of the necessary paperwork for U.S. Customs required this end. Clearit saved our shipment. I went online at the last minute when i… I went online at the last minute when i was informed of the problem and clicked on the clearit website. We were already Late submitting the ISF. As first time importers we did not know what was needed and we did not do this on time. I uploaded all the information i had and received very prompt notifications that more information was needed and what i needed to do and so i did it and Clearit submitted the ISF and helped us get our shipment transferred from the ship that came from Morrocco and landed in New Jersey to the ship that is headed here to Long Beach.
