I should git a parcel from France to… I should git a parcel from France to the UK and many days after it still need to be paid customs clearance fee by tracking the number in the website CC188943543BE. But Nobody contacts me to pay it and the company where I buy said they have no responsibility to sort it. Bad shopping and Delivery experience.

Your response to my email was that I… Your response to my email was that I didn’t pickup my delivery. You never answered my question about why I never got a notification letter that I could pick up my packag. You have over 5000 reviews that’s saying the same thing. Obviously you’re awful at what you’re getting payed to do. You can’t deliver and you can’t even answer your customers questions. I’ve Never been in touch with such a useless company before.

My package got delivered into the wrong… My package got delivered into the wrong letterbox, I live in a building complex with multiple letterboxes at the same address. I wasn't called on my given phone number when the delivery was made, but on the portal it says adressee was unreachable. There is no way for me to retrieve my package, I don't even know where it is. Please put me in touch with a local delivery person who can help me get my package.
