They do not seem to take their own responsibility to all the missing packages by just saying "contact the seller...", but what are they really doing to improve their services and help retrieving your shipments? Landmark delivering Amazon Global order I ordered through Amazon’s global store and delivery courier is Landmark Global. I have had no update on the status of the order since Monday 15/04 and Amazon keep referring me back to Landmark Global for support but Landmark Global have no customer service support in place. I am very disappointed and unsure on how to proceed at this point.
