I wasn't called on my given phone number when the delivery was made, but on the portal it says adressee was unreachable. There is no way for me to retrieve my package, I don't even know where it is. Landmark delivering Amazon Global order I ordered through Amazon’s global store and delivery courier is Landmark Global. I have had no update on the status of the order since Monday 15/04 and Amazon keep referring me back to Landmark Global for support but Landmark Global have no customer service support in place. I am very disappointed and unsure on how to proceed at this point.
