Unacceptable that there is a $21 COD… Unacceptable that there is a $21 COD charge on a $29 purchase. Canada Post is the end agent and could not find any reasons behind what those charges were for as they assumed that there was going to be a break down on the label, but nothing on label just a sticker saying you owe us an extra $21.23 if you want your already paid for including shipping purchase. Very poor....

Terrible Waiting for my parcel (EC188615361BE) for more than a month now. It seems to have vanished in the air. Just look at all the replies they give to people complaining on this platform. They do not seem to take their own responsibility to all the missing packages by just saying "contact the seller...", but what are they really doing to improve their services and help retrieving your shipments?
