Problems just fall off my shoulders any time I need assistance. They are not your average sales/tech people (who are focused more on sales) or cookie-cutter trained techs who took a few company classes to be on the tech support line. They are the real deal and know their stuff. Generous and hands on as much as you need in their support-and always professional & kind too. :) Note: I used to say, "They only have email support, but it's as good as phone support"--then I saw they DO have phone support, too!
