The only time, there's one space is if pagination is full justification alignment, which is rare. This job was left alignment, requiring two spaces. Because we noticed the errors upfront, we had to listen to the whole audio from beginning to end, and proofread word for word to ensure everything was caught. No spot checking. So, basically, we paid for work that had to be redone. We give three stars for the pricing and the ability to work with FTR files. Prices are good, but still a waste of money if the transcription isn't accurate or close to it.
