First Time the Charm The transcription itself was pretty good; I had to go back and correct a handful of words, but it was quite easy to do. The customer service person with whom I spoke about how to upload my transcription to a YouTube video was able to point me in the right direction. The best transcription service - ever! This transcription service was the best one I've ever used. They went above nd beyond to be perfect - even so far to actually check the names of the participants using the internet - something I would never have expected. They were incredibly fast, perfectly accurate and surprisingly inexpensive.
