Excellent service Excellent service! Fast delivery. Very easy to upload content and results are delivered fast ready for download in several formats. As we are a busy production company, we need fast and reliable service. Would give 5 stars!

First Time the Charm The transcription itself was pretty good; I had to go back and correct a handful of words, but it was quite easy to do. The customer service person with whom I spoke about how to upload my transcription to a YouTube video was able to point me in the right direction. It was a good value and a speedy turnaround for the price.

Poor transcription. Poor transcription. Two words were capitalised mid sentence. Asked to please not 'shift + return' at end of paragraph as causes justification problems. Was still wrong.

Awesome experience Awesome experience. This is the first time I've used a transcription service. The process was so intuitive that literally within seconds, I was done and waiting for the email notification that the file was ready. It was 100% accurate and delivered in a fraction of the estimated time. Big smile. I'll be back.

I found this site as I needed to… I found this site as I needed to transcribe an interview urgently and I must say it was perfection. No misspelled words and everything so welled detailed. Customer for life!
