It was an seamless submission process It was an seamless submission process. The turn around time was ok on my first submission and excellent on my next 2 submissions. Overall a good experience. The main drawback is that it is pretty expensive and you do not have a monthly subscription service that we can sign up for so I can't predict my costs accurately

Brilliant turnaround time and accuracy Brilliant turnaround time, with good accuracy on transcript. Great value compared with getting done locally about 1/2 price. will use again if needed.

Poor transcription. Poor transcription. Two words were capitalised mid sentence. Asked to please not 'shift + return' at end of paragraph as causes justification problems. Was still wrong.
