My wife's hard drive stopped working… My wife's hard drive stopped working and would just spin and click. That is a sound I never wanted to hear. I knew that it would cost money to get it fixed and get the data retrieved. I searched a couple places and decided to go with Fields Data Recovery. I worked with Adam through the process to get the hard drive to them. It took about a month to get the drive fixed and the data recovered. During the process I became a bit concerned as I read that Fields Data Recovery was a scam. I became scared because I had already paid $1200 up front before any of the work was done. It was a risk I took to get the data recovered but was still uneasy. While communication was not always up to par, I was able to reach out on my own and get a hold of someone. I believe I spoke to Ryan? at Fields Data Recovery when I called and he reassured me that this wasn't a scam, that sometimes it can take a while to recover the data, and sometimes people don't often get the result they expect because each scenario is different. I wanted to post this review and say THANK YOU to Adam and Ryan for putting up with my anxiety and always putting forth their best efforts to put me at ease. Thank you both!
