After receiving a phone call and explaining what the issue was, the company explained the process of what would happen from shipping to troubleshooting to what the next step would be. After a little delay when I did not receive a shipping label to ship the HD, Nathan Horner, emailed me directly the information needed and kept me abreast of the process. At first, I was informed the information was not recoverable but they had one last procedure to do and alas I got nearly 100% of the data recovered. Julian Henson sent me a file that showed what was recovered and after paying the balance owed they mailed a new HD with my data on it. The staff I worked with were friendly and very thorough.
