Wonderful to have a phone call and connection with someone to hear that they truly care for each customer and want to help as best they can. Service was extremely professional, quick turnaround and they made the transfer of information from my broken laptop onto a drive extremely simple and easy. I had all my data back within a week! WO-013763 I thought I lost all my data when my portable hard drive crashed and reached out to this company to see what could be done. After receiving a phone call and explaining what the issue was, the company explained the process of what would happen from shipping to troubleshooting to what the next step would be. After a little delay when I did not receive a shipping label to ship the HD, Nathan Horner, emailed me directly the information needed and kept me abreast of the process. At first, I was informed the information was not recoverable but they had one last procedure to do and alas I got nearly 100% of the data recovered. Julian Henson sent me a file that showed what was recovered and after paying the balance owed they mailed a new HD with my data on it. The staff I worked with were friendly and very thorough.
