Recovering Moms Data from a 2011 Drive The company made it easy to recover the data. They sent for the drive and recovered all but a couple of moms files. Considering her harddrive was over 13 yrs old I was surprised they recovered anything. However, the drive contained over 40K pics and important docs my mother has accumulated over the years. WO-013763 I thought I lost all my data when my portable hard drive crashed and reached out to this company to see what could be done. After receiving a phone call and explaining what the issue was, the company explained the process of what would happen from shipping to troubleshooting to what the next step would be. After a little delay when I did not receive a shipping label to ship the HD, Nathan Horner, emailed me directly the information needed and kept me abreast of the process. At first, I was informed the information was not recoverable but they had one last procedure to do and alas I got nearly 100% of the data recovered. Julian Henson sent me a file that showed what was recovered and after paying the balance owed they mailed a new HD with my data on it. The staff I worked with were friendly and very thorough.

Don't know the reason for asking $1200… Don't know the reason for asking $1200 non refundable in advance without making sure what data is going to be recoverd and what will be consequences and also, not taking care of their commitments for scanning, returnig.
