I think that your customer service reps should be able to see what the customer sees. The rep did try to assist me the best she could and I appreciate the effort.

GBI needed a last minute translator for… I needed a last minute translator for an appointment the next day. Ashley called me back after hours to make sure I got the paperwork I needed to have an interpreter on the phone for my patient. The are always friendly and on time when we call. I would certainly use this service again for future translation services.
