ALTA was able to work with us and our unique needs I really appreciate that ALTA was willing to work with us on our most recent virtual community workshop. We understand that ALTA is very considerate of the interpreters and we appreciate and respect that. But we also appreciated that both ALTA and the interpreter were both flexible to facilitate our workshop given the characteristics. We were also very happy with our interpreter Lindsay Lopez-Segura who was helpful starting at the pre-meeting with the set-up and logistics and all the way through to the end.

The customer service rep was unable to… The customer service rep was unable to provide me with instructions on the website because she couldn't see what the customer sees. I think that your customer service reps should be able to see what the customer sees. The rep did try to assist me the best she could and I appreciate the effort.
