We had to manage over 40 students across 5 high schools in 9 different languages and multiple layers of supervisory availability. ALTA always makes it happen seamlessly AND within 24 hours. We are looking to switch vendors We are looking to switch vendors for bilingual testing because the test provided by Alta is very hard to hear and does not give enough time to process the information. A person is also docked points for asking the system to repeat because they are unable to hear. We have employees who are fluent in both English and Spanish and who have had medical terminology training in both who are unable to pass level 2 as well as clinicians who are fluent in both unable to pass CCLA.

Ashley called me back after hours to make sure I got the paperwork I needed to have an interpreter on the phone for my patient. The are always friendly and on time when we call.
