GBWe updated our Router and we no longer… We updated our Router and we no longer had inter-office communication. The new router was blocking the connections. After several trial and error attempts, they figured out the solution. It was great to see them continue to try and resolve the issue.

GBWe were still unable to connect to the… We were still unable to connect to the Admin Portal. Nothing was suggested on their firewall or if they were blocking our outside IP address or a port. We need to logon to the Admin Portal to pay our bill. Maybe come up with a different portal or better explain firewall descriptions.

GBHad issues with phones working Had issues with phones working. Immediately helpful, fixed in under 5 minutes. The more important factor in give the Five Star rating is that they make their customers feel important to them as they worked quickly to resolve our problem. We have been with them for over 10 years, seldom need to call, but always pleased with the results.

GBI have been a customer since early on… I have been a customer since early on in the start of Onsip. Onsip was always reliable. And with whatever rare times that I did need my handheld, the support personnel at Onsip were always great to work with.
