GBWe updated our Router and we no longer… We updated our Router and we no longer had inter-office communication. The new router was blocking the connections. After several trial and error attempts, they figured out the solution. It was great to see them continue to try and resolve the issue.

GBWe were still unable to connect to the… We were still unable to connect to the Admin Portal. Nothing was suggested on their firewall or if they were blocking our outside IP address or a port. We need to logon to the Admin Portal to pay our bill. Maybe come up with a different portal or better explain firewall descriptions.

GBUpdates on the fly So, tasked with revamping our existing phone extensions and menu options I called Eden Harvest (by the way the best in the business) and he set aside his time for me and helped me walk through each step till I got it just the way we needed it, and he did our newest recording as previously he did.
