Excellent Customer Service as Always Excellent Customer Service as Always Dave was super helpful with my question, answered quickly and walked me through so that I can know how to do it myself. Onsip's awesome, responsive, stateside-based customer care is a huge factor that keeps us using their services.

Competitive pricing Competitive pricing. Particularly the pay as you go plan makes this an option for slightly larger companies where an inflated flat rate per extension is too prohibitive. Another plus is the reliability. We're had no system outages since switching to OnSIP.

We were still unable to connect to the… We were still unable to connect to the Admin Portal. Nothing was suggested on their firewall or if they were blocking our outside IP address or a port. We need to logon to the Admin Portal to pay our bill. Maybe come up with a different portal or better explain firewall descriptions.

Poor support, advertised features not actually available Lot's of promises of features made that have yet to be delivered. Several that we found out were never available in the first place that were promised in the initial sales pitch as well. Poor service as well that has taken a couple months to even get to a usable state for our company. Still many dropped calls and connection issues but all support ever says is that it is not them and that it must be on our end instead of helping find a solution.
