Poor support, advertised features not actually available Lot's of promises of features made that have yet to be delivered. Several that we found out were never available in the first place that were promised in the initial sales pitch as well. Poor service as well that has taken a couple months to even get to a usable state for our company. Still many dropped calls and connection issues but all support ever says is that it is not them and that it must be on our end instead of helping find a solution.

Updates on the fly So, tasked with revamping our existing phone extensions and menu options I called Eden Harvest (by the way the best in the business) and he set aside his time for me and helped me walk through each step till I got it just the way we needed it, and he did our newest recording as previously he did. So, love working with him and OnSip. I learn something new this company does every time we need something.

Great Service from Eden and OnSIP Eden Harvest was awesome! Very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and patient. He made my company's transition to a new phone system very easy. He walked us through every solution/OnSIP app we were curious about, answered every question, and made everything seem so simple.
