GBAll good here Shipping and tracking were clear and timely, I got the correct rug but I'm giving 4 stars because the color is off. Although whenever I take a picture it looks different than in person so it may just be a difficult color to capture. Good quality though! No complaints. Haven't washed it yet but it seems constructed well enough that I don't anticipate any problems.

GBLovely rug, difficult to update checkout selection Lovely rug, deducted one star for the difficulty I had ordering it, had to repeat multiple times as on selecting my size the checkout box would not update and remained on the smallest size. Otherwise, good delivery time, would buy again 👍🏼

GBThe rug itself is beautiful and cheaper… The rug itself is beautiful and cheaper compared to the well known washable rug brand.Very tough on any dirt or stain. The bonus part is the lovely design and affordability! I was kept informed about the delivery date.Nothing to complain about but all praises to Justrug.

GBBeautiful rugs Beautiful rugs and great customer service. Rugs are thinner than traditional rugs, which is what I expected from a machine washable rug. Delivery took 2 weeks from order when it stated earlier, which is the only reason for 4 stars. Think I will get a Christmas one for next year!

GBLovely rug! The rug is lovely however the colour is not right for us. After a lack of frustrating communication to return the rug I have now been gifted it and given a full refund for the frustration this order has caused.
