Shipmwnt was promised to arrive within… Shipmwnt was promised to arrive within 1 week. Shipment was lost. Then was resent and promised to be shipped within days. Almost 2 months later and the shipment arrived NOTTTT as advertised. It was terrible. The colour wasn’t accurate. And the finish is shiny. So terrible. Now I need to show it all back

amazing customer service I ordered the rug, but it arrived in the wrong size. However, the customer service promptly replied, and the team sent me the correct size rug very quickly. Now, I have the right size beautiful rug and am very happy with my experience with this company. Highly recommended!

The carpet is beautiful The carpet is beautiful. Just as pictured and just as we imagined it would be. However, the delivery time was a little longer than predicted. But that wasn't a problem for us. Suggestion for improvement: We contacted them by email and asked when the carpet would be delivered/sent off and received no reply at all. We only received a reply via the chat contact on the website. That was a shame. It would be better if the customer is informed well in advance. Thanks anyway. But after all we are happy and would buy a carpet again.

Beautiful washable rug Ordering our washable rug was easy and the variety of sizes and designs was a plus. The rug took about 3 weeks for delivery and arrived iin perfect condition. We chose the celtic lattice design and it looks great on our hardwood flooring. The extra 15% off was also much appreciated. Highly recommend.

Beautiful rugs Beautiful rugs and great customer service. Rugs are thinner than traditional rugs, which is what I expected from a machine washable rug. Delivery took 2 weeks from order when it stated earlier, which is the only reason for 4 stars. Think I will get a Christmas one for next year!
