Lovely rug! The rug is lovely however the colour is not right for us. After a lack of frustrating communication to return the rug I have now been gifted it and given a full refund for the frustration this order has caused.

Shipmwnt was promised to arrive within… Shipmwnt was promised to arrive within 1 week. Shipment was lost. Then was resent and promised to be shipped within days. Almost 2 months later and the shipment arrived NOTTTT as advertised. It was terrible. The colour wasn’t accurate. And the finish is shiny. So terrible. Now I need to show it all back

The bonus part is the lovely design and affordability! I was kept informed about the delivery date.Nothing to complain about but all praises to Justrug.
