The service with Mailpac was timely and… The service with Mailpac was timely and efficient! I have no complaints there! My package was delivered to me in the shortest time possible and in excellent condition. Improvements can be made to implement more customer friendly service though. When I arrived at the Mandeville office to collect my package, none of the service reps were willing to give it to me because I came at exactly 3:00pm which is the time the office closes on Saturday. I understand they had already turned off the machine, but because I was traveling all the way from Black River to get there some amount of leniency could have been given. Then when I went back yesterday to get it they would not let me inside until exactly 9:00am when they opened. Again, seeing as though I was standing outside the door from 8:30am even 8:55am they could have allowed me in you know.

You pay premium prices for a simple, mediocre service! You pay premium prices for a simple mediocre delivery services, I paid around 50$ for a delivery that toke around 4 days. This is premium 1 day prices for a 4 days services. I wouldn’t recommend it, for this prices and mediocre services. Regular postal service would give you the same delivery time service for 50% less. If you’re in a hurry I will definitely NOT RECOMMEND it. Go to the big guys Direct, don’t waste your time and money with this “wannabe” courier services!
