If you just keep sending the same info, the account magically opens. Does that sound safe to you? I initiated a deposit from my personal account into our Baselane business account on Feb 15. A week ago. It's still showing as processing. The UX/UI looked nice in the beginning, but after setting up the whole account, the dashboard still has the welcome info, inviting me to set it up. What? We're switching out of this system over to Stessa, as soon as we can get Baselane customer service to answer the phone....

They don’t take account fraud seriously They don’t take account fraud seriously. Someone opened an account with this company in my name without my knowledge or consent. I received a card in the mail last year and get emails to a secondary email. I’ve requested numerous times that they close the account and send me copies of any statements that were generated in my name. I can’t verify the phone number on the account to access the account t online because again, I didn’t open it. They still haven’t closed the account. I wouldn’t trust them. I’m now going to the FTC to resolve my complaint.
