The function I didn't realize I needed was the cash flow and spending analytics by connecting other financial institutions, which then can be exported for a tax preparer.

Fintech for Landlords I inherited 3 rental units and was in the market for a new and modern banking solution. I’ve been using Baselane for a couple of months now. It was simple to set up and get started. I have tenants using it to pay rent via ACH but credit cards is also an option. I can categorize expenses easily and overall it feels like it has enough accounting features that I don’t expect to need another app for bookkeeping.
