GBRental Management I run my entire management through Baselane. The three times I needed answers from customer service, they were prompt to solve my problems. I signed up mostly to collect rent digitally, which provides the tenants with their login and choice of payments. Also, the checking account has a competitive APY over other business banks. The function I didn't realize I needed was the cash flow and spending analytics by connecting other financial institutions, which then can be exported for a tax preparer.

GBBaselane is not a viable option for commercial landlords Baselane is below average for rent collection and clears payments at the speed of 1980. I have had some payments take 7 days to clear, plus an additional day to actually show up in my checking account! The service I was using prior to Baselane was clearing rent payments in 3 days maximum, most of the time in 1-2 days. I will be returning to the prior service. The banking is a bit of a scam; they hook you with a high APY only to lower it below industry standards a month later. They also have very low deposit maximums - $5k. You have to ask for an override to make deposits above this amount....very inconvenient.

GBYour personal customer service is the… Your personal customer service is the best in taking care of my tenants problems. Rental payment system that great. Considering several of my tenants have very little knowledge of paying online. Baselane in there to help. I highly recommend!

GBUser friendly interface User friendly interface! Clean and easy to organize accounts and subaccounts. Great communication on status of rent collection from the moment tenant initiates until the posting. Looking forward to Baselane adding bill-payment feature.

GBThey don’t take account fraud seriously They don’t take account fraud seriously. Someone opened an account with this company in my name without my knowledge or consent. I received a card in the mail last year and get emails to a secondary email. I’ve requested numerous times that they close the account and send me copies of any statements that were generated in my name. I can’t verify the phone number on the account to access the account t online because again, I didn’t open it. They still haven’t closed the account. I wouldn’t trust them. I’m now going to the FTC to resolve my complaint.
