Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. The login bugs constantly. An error message keeps telling me the login info is wrong, but guess what? If you just keep sending the same info, the account magically opens. Does that sound safe to you? I initiated a deposit from my personal account into our Baselane business account on Feb 15. A week ago. It's still showing as processing. The UX/UI looked nice in the beginning, but after setting up the whole account, the dashboard still has the welcome info, inviting me to set it up. What? We're switching out of this system over to Stessa, as soon as we can get Baselane customer service to answer the phone....

High yield account but poor customer service and fund transfer technology Baselane appeared to have all the right features for a landlord: rent collection, credit checks, even loans. Their interest-bearing checking account was also a nice perk. However, that is not work much if you cannot even fund the account. It's been over 3 weeks since I opened my account but after multiple attempts to contact their customer service, I still could not get my issue resolved. I even scheduled 2 live customer service calls but both times the representative did not call me! In short, high interest checking accounts and useful landlord features are the positives. But the negatives are their customer service and fund transfer technology, which falls short of expectations.

Fintech for Landlords I inherited 3 rental units and was in the market for a new and modern banking solution. I’ve been using Baselane for a couple of months now. It was simple to set up and get started. I have tenants using it to pay rent via ACH but credit cards is also an option. I can categorize expenses easily and overall it feels like it has enough accounting features that I don’t expect to need another app for bookkeeping.

I had a quick turn around time to setup a new system for a rental property and I was easily able to get everything setup. I appreciate the step by step instructions. The ease of creating an account and bank account and the helpful demonstrations for how to use the application. The fact that the application has no monthly subscription fee was super exciting for me as well. I love this product and highly recommend it for anyone wanting to deliver a professional experience to a tenant while also making the process of tracking revenue and expenses straight forward.
