GBGood but needs improvement The phone and the safety is awesome however the customer service is horrible! It’s darn near impossible to reach a representative! I’ve been on the phone for 2 hours with no help ! The chat on the website doesn’t work and the website is always down! If they could improve greatly in this area I would gladly give them five stars!

GBTaylor was fantastic I've had so much trouble with this Gabb Watch 3, but Taylor was a fantastic representative. He seemed to care about my issue, he treated me with respect and he fixed the problem. Hopefully Gabb can fix the issues with this watch.
