We love being able to feel confident that our kids can navigate their phones and watches independently on their own without the worry of what they’re going to be exposed to. The customer service is absolutely amazing! You’re able to chat with someone immediately, and they answer all your questions! We highly recommend Gabb to families who want their children to feel safe while being able to have a sense of freedom with their own devices.

GBGood but needs improvement The phone and the safety is awesome however the customer service is horrible! It’s darn near impossible to reach a representative! I’ve been on the phone for 2 hours with no help ! The chat on the website doesn’t work and the website is always down! If they could improve greatly in this area I would gladly give them five stars!

GBI purchased a smartwatch I purchased a smartwatch, 1 year service plan, and paid the "onetime" activation fee. But now I get an amount due on my account with no listing of what it's for.

GBIn the end I am VERY happy with the… In the end I am VERY happy with the tech help for solving this problem… but it took a while….. On my third attempt at support, I reached Natalie. She was patient with my explanation of this complex problem. She was helpful, with clear communication as to how things were being handled and who was working on the problem. Then she provided direct communication back over the next few hours and the next day to let me know when things were fixed. I really appreciated the clear communication about this problem that was thought to be resolved months ago (with a new phone) but was not. Shoutout to Natalie!!! Thank you so much! And thank you Gabb! We are (once again) very happy customers!!!

GBGabb customer support agents are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Gabb customer support agents are available to help, willing to help, and kind. While the Gabb Watch software has some bugs, the support agents are always willing to help me immediately and walk me through getting things fixed or resolved.
