USIn the end I am VERY happy with the… In the end I am VERY happy with the tech help for solving this problem… but it took a while….. On my third attempt at support, I reached Natalie. She was patient with my explanation of this complex problem. She was helpful, with clear communication as to how things were being handled and who was working on the problem. Then she provided direct communication back over the next few hours and the next day to let me know when things were fixed. I really appreciated the clear communication about this problem that was thought to be resolved months ago (with a new phone) but was not. Shoutout to Natalie!!! Thank you so much! And thank you Gabb! We are (once again) very happy customers!!!
