I requested a refund for the unused product and received an email response with several misspellings refusing the refund. I am disputing with PayPal, however, I probably just fell prey to a scam.

I prepared my return, then waited until April 13th to submit, went to transmit my return and recieved a message that my filing eligiblity had expired. I attempted to used live chat with HR Block to resolve and was number 65 in que.Ended up printing and mailing my return at the post office for $12
