USLimited syncing omits customer name I am paying for Commerce Sync because I know of no other replacement for the free Bold Commerce product. Both have the flaw of not syncing the customer's name to QBO, just "Square customer", which obliges us to search by means of date and amount, in order to match invoices and payments. I don't want to publish this complaint, merely bring it to CS's attention, as I have not succeded in doing by other means. Fuji Voll PS to the Commerce Sync Team : I have previously tried to populate the customer data on Square, but found it to be prohibitively time consuming, and did not solve the problem. What is the rationale that requires the customer's name, which is certainly known to Square, to be kept from the merchant?

CASaves time…. Commercesync takes care of syncing all our Square sales to QBO, which saves so many bookkeeping hours. Set up was easy and any time I needed support, my issues were dealt with very quickly. Highly recommend.
