USIt just works! It just works! Seamlessly. On the rare occasion there was a disconnect with the credit card company, Commerce Sync was able to locate the issue and resolve it very quickly.

USTime saver I don't know what I'd do with out Commerce Sync! No, I do. I'd spend hours trying to get sales inputted into QuickBooks. Thanks for what you do!

USLack of Knowledge many of your staff is either inadequately trained or incapable. The don't seem to be able to answer the simplest question or resolve problems. I think you have broken up so many duties and assigned parts to different areas than no one person can solve a problem. a problem I has should have been resolved with one call over a few minutes but it took 4 phone calls over almost a month to resolve the issue. And during that month I spoke with 4 different people who could not help at all.
