GBThe online chat was not helpful The online chat was not helpful. The representative did not understand what my question was, at all. I called the number she gave me, and they said I had to talk to someone else. Then after being on hold for an extended time I gave up. I eventually figured out my problem on my own.

DOIt requires me to go back and fill in… It requires me to go back and fill in the donor info because it doesn't import the name, just the email, or nothing at all and it just says "Stripe donor". Also if it was restricted for anything, it doesn't show up and i Have to go through all the receipts in my emails. It should import all the donor info into QB.

GBSaves us a lot of time Saves us a lot of time, but it would be nice if there was some more customization. Our gift card payments go to a clearing account because there is no option to choose another account for these payments for the integration.
