I called the number she gave me, and they said I had to talk to someone else. Then after being on hold for an extended time I gave up. I eventually figured out my problem on my own.

GBLack of Knowledge many of your staff is either inadequately trained or incapable. The don't seem to be able to answer the simplest question or resolve problems. I think you have broken up so many duties and assigned parts to different areas than no one person can solve a problem. a problem I has should have been resolved with one call over a few minutes but it took 4 phone calls over almost a month to resolve the issue. And during that month I spoke with 4 different people who could not help at all.

GBI used to have to enter sales from… I used to have to enter sales from Clover into Quickbooks manually. Now it comes over automatically, saving me hours of drudgery.
