GBLimited syncing omits customer name I am paying for Commerce Sync because I know of no other replacement for the free Bold Commerce product. Both have the flaw of not syncing the customer's name to QBO, just "Square customer", which obliges us to search by means of date and amount, in order to match invoices and payments. I don't want to publish this complaint, merely bring it to CS's attention, as I have not succeded in doing by other means. Fuji Voll PS to the Commerce Sync Team : I have previously tried to populate the customer data on Square, but found it to be prohibitively time consuming, and did not solve the problem. What is the rationale that requires the customer's name, which is certainly known to Square, to be kept from the merchant?

GBCostly for what we are getting out of it. Your product is working just fine. My issue is with the cost. We use it to create a daily invoice from Clover to QBO for each of our locations. We have 7 different clover locations. At $21.95/ month/ location, we are paying north of $140/ month for this simple function. We are then having to go into each invoice and change the QBO location. When compared to all of our other monthly software/ app/ addon cost, this one is the biggest outlier. If your product automatically classed the QBO invoice by QBO location as well as by customer, it would be more valuable to us and help justify the cost.
