AVOID - FRAUDULENT APP AVOID - THIS IS A SCAM. The app offers no real benefit to a real business, it doesn’t track purchases on the apps it specialises in which makes it irrelevant. If you try to cancel it you cant, and you find out months later they have charged you a full subscription even though you have never used it and disconnected it. In trying to get those charges back they explained that they can’t refund anything over 10 days… which is an illegal practice in itself. Clover & Commerce Sync are running a fraudulent activity, it’s a clever way of charging money to companies who wont notice it for some time, or at all.

Saves us a lot of time Saves us a lot of time, but it would be nice if there was some more customization. Our gift card payments go to a clearing account because there is no option to choose another account for these payments for the integration.

email is not customer service Customer service via email is not acceptable anymore. Problems with a software that is depended on so heavily needs quick and accurate solutions, not days or weeks of words through email. We do over 100 transactions per day and each transaction was made into an invoice. No successful solution was given over a 5 day period of emails which puts me further and further behind and after all the inaccurate categorizing, I am now 3 months behind. All this could have been prevented with phone conversation in 10 minutes.

The online chat was not helpful The online chat was not helpful. The representative did not understand what my question was, at all. I called the number she gave me, and they said I had to talk to someone else. Then after being on hold for an extended time I gave up. I eventually figured out my problem on my own.
