The product works very well The product works very well. Everything is happening in the background with very little almost no issues.

It just works! It just works! Seamlessly. On the rare occasion there was a disconnect with the credit card company, Commerce Sync was able to locate the issue and resolve it very quickly.

The online chat was not helpful The online chat was not helpful. The representative did not understand what my question was, at all. I called the number she gave me, and they said I had to talk to someone else. Then after being on hold for an extended time I gave up. I eventually figured out my problem on my own.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. -

Hung up sales were released Shailee was able to see our sales were "hung up" and release those funds to us.
