GBI used to have to enter sales from… I used to have to enter sales from Clover into Quickbooks manually. Now it comes over automatically, saving me hours of drudgery.

GBIt just works! It just works! Seamlessly. On the rare occasion there was a disconnect with the credit card company, Commerce Sync was able to locate the issue and resolve it very quickly.

GBPrepare to have to research your bills The transfer of invoices and payments from Clover is wonderful. However I find it confusing to track the fees tied to deposits. Billing for Clover services and fees is very hard to follow between hidden invoices and oddly labled deposit transactions with bank account.

GBAVOID - FRAUDULENT APP AVOID - THIS IS A SCAM. The app offers no real benefit to a real business, it doesn’t track purchases on the apps it specialises in which makes it irrelevant. If you try to cancel it you cant, and you find out months later they have charged you a full subscription even though you have never used it and disconnected it. In trying to get those charges back they explained that they can’t refund anything over 10 days… which is an illegal practice in itself. Clover & Commerce Sync are running a fraudulent activity, it’s a clever way of charging money to companies who wont notice it for some time, or at all.

GBSaves us a lot of time Saves us a lot of time, but it would be nice if there was some more customization. Our gift card payments go to a clearing account because there is no option to choose another account for these payments for the integration.
