GBLack of Knowledge many of your staff is either inadequately trained or incapable. The don't seem to be able to answer the simplest question or resolve problems. I think you have broken up so many duties and assigned parts to different areas than no one person can solve a problem. a problem I has should have been resolved with one call over a few minutes but it took 4 phone calls over almost a month to resolve the issue. And during that month I spoke with 4 different people who could not help at all.

GBSaves us a lot of time Saves us a lot of time, but it would be nice if there was some more customization. Our gift card payments go to a clearing account because there is no option to choose another account for these payments for the integration.

GBI used to have to enter sales from… I used to have to enter sales from Clover into Quickbooks manually. Now it comes over automatically, saving me hours of drudgery.

GBTime saver I don't know what I'd do with out Commerce Sync! No, I do. I'd spend hours trying to get sales inputted into QuickBooks. Thanks for what you do!
