I used to have to enter sales from… I used to have to enter sales from Clover into Quickbooks manually. Now it comes over automatically, saving me hours of drudgery.

Saves us a lot of time Saves us a lot of time, but it would be nice if there was some more customization. Our gift card payments go to a clearing account because there is no option to choose another account for these payments for the integration.

Limited syncing omits customer name I am paying for Commerce Sync because I know of no other replacement for the free Bold Commerce product. Both have the flaw of not syncing the customer's name to QBO, just "Square customer", which obliges us to search by means of date and amount, in order to match invoices and payments. I don't want to publish this complaint, merely bring it to CS's attention, as I have not succeded in doing by other means. Fuji Voll PS to the Commerce Sync Team : I have previously tried to populate the customer data on Square, but found it to be prohibitively time consuming, and did not solve the problem. What is the rationale that requires the customer's name, which is certainly known to Square, to be kept from the merchant?
