SCAM Website has spelling mistakes, which tells you alot. Booked for an optimisation and left my PC in a state. Lower FPS, stuttering and temps around 90-93. Ignored emails, twitter DM's. Zero customer service. SCAM COMPANY

Would give 0 stars if possible Would give 0 stars if possible. Had to reschedule appointment after he no showed the first one, second one was 20 minutes late and offered a bunch of help for my patience, third one no showed and haven’t heard from him since. Trying to get a refund

Don't waste your money. You will regret it!! I should of scroll down and read all the reviews because they ghosted me and left me hanging. Nobody answers, and his discord is even more useless. Smh. Stay away from this company. Hopefully I get a refund from PayPal.

Edit: not a scam,mixed communication I had originally written a not so positive review of sensequality thinking I had been ripped off but I'm editing it now. " kerneiil" contacted me the next day and spent over 3 hours + helping me fix/optimize my pc. He's a really nice guy, definitely knows what hes doing and was very helpful. I now feel bad for flying off the handle thinking I got scammed. Communication could possibly be better but service was top notch.
