SCAMMERS Bullet points of the worst experience that I have ever had: -After you pay the disappear. It takes days to reach them out. -No shows at appointments with no advise or messages. -It takes other days to get them to book another session. -You request for a refund, you get told that it’s done and after weeks of following up, nothing has been done. -Use PayPal or your Bank to claim the money back for fraud and choose a different provider for better service.

Would give 0 stars if possible Would give 0 stars if possible. Had to reschedule appointment after he no showed the first one, second one was 20 minutes late and offered a bunch of help for my patience, third one no showed and haven’t heard from him since. Trying to get a refund

First thing you guy’s never First thing you guy’s never acknowledged any of my emails and my confirmation. Second thing you guy’s accepted my payment but never confirmed a date , a date that I was looking forward to tune my pc with you guy’s. Would not be recommending you guy’s to any of my friends or anyone of my followers

Awful awful company Awful awful company, take your money ruin your PC leaving it unstable and running at 90 degrees and then ignore any emails. Kirneill is a fraud and just blocks anyone who needs any sort of customer service. STAY AWAY!!!!

No customer service at all No customer service at all. Constantly see people in the discord trying to get refunds for no shows and issues. I know optimizers have left so if you're busy maybe take down time slots so people aren't stood up. Huge bad look. Just seems like a struggle to get assistance as well as refunds when it claims 100% refund guarantee. Seeing all this made me steer clear
