SCAM Website has spelling mistakes, which tells you alot. Booked for an optimisation and left my PC in a state. Lower FPS, stuttering and temps around 90-93. Ignored emails, twitter DM's. Zero customer service. SCAM COMPANY

Poor tune and service. I got my pc tuned mainly because I was lacking FPS in Escape From Tarkov. From the tweets they advertised, improvements to performance are shown huge leaps. From what I experience, it was the most basic GPU and CPU profile tune that seems they just throw on for all their clients unless you’re someone huge with a following. They did the bare minimum. A few days later, I emailed multiple times and DM multiple times on twitter for a review for a refund. They also advertised a 30-days money back if you aren’t happy. I saw little to no improvements. In my numerous attempts to contact them, no one got back to me and I never got my money back.

How to use all the programs that you installed and everything that you did, to make sure that my PC was running optimize as a hard-core call of duty player this is the best experience that I’ve had playing the game. My frames are incredibly high at 4K resolution my experience has been amazing. I feel like a different player. My PC is truly optimize, it runs smoother and doesn’t overheat you’re very professional and very knowledgeable and very patient. My controller overclocked feels smooth with no lag. It feels perfect even has helped my recoil stability thank you very much. Thank you for the time that you spent. Honestly, I don’t leave a lot of reviews, but I wanted to go out of my way to express my appreciation. Thank you very much I hope to work with you again anyone reading this review I want to tell you that there’s a lot of people out there that think they know call of duty and how it runs but this guy knows call of duty. He’s a master of what he does with the settings for your game. No, they know what they’re doing at sensequality!!!

They did a great job Overclocking a new pc The company is ran by very passonite people who really love what they do. If you just got a prebuilt, just built your first pc or just need help getting more out of it, they do great work with that. If you OC your system do not expect them to push your computer for more performance then you would be comfortable with because they cant/wont being they do it remotely and want a safe reliable result. I would suggest giving them a shot and get your pc tuned up!

Edit: not a scam,mixed communication I had originally written a not so positive review of sensequality thinking I had been ripped off but I'm editing it now. " kerneiil" contacted me the next day and spent over 3 hours + helping me fix/optimize my pc. He's a really nice guy, definitely knows what hes doing and was very helpful. I now feel bad for flying off the handle thinking I got scammed. Communication could possibly be better but service was top notch.
