My frames are incredibly high at 4K resolution my experience has been amazing. I feel like a different player. My PC is truly optimize, it runs smoother and doesn’t overheat you’re very professional and very knowledgeable and very patient. My controller overclocked feels smooth with no lag. SCAM Website has spelling mistakes, which tells you alot. Booked for an optimisation and left my PC in a state. Lower FPS, stuttering and temps around 90-93. Ignored emails, twitter DM's. Zero customer service. SCAM COMPANY

Poor tune and service. I got my pc tuned mainly because I was lacking FPS in Escape From Tarkov. From the tweets they advertised, improvements to performance are shown huge leaps. From what I experience, it was the most basic GPU and CPU profile tune that seems they just throw on for all their clients unless you’re someone huge with a following. They did the bare minimum. A few days later, I emailed multiple times and DM multiple times on twitter for a review for a refund. They also advertised a 30-days money back if you aren’t happy. I saw little to no improvements. In my numerous attempts to contact them, no one got back to me and I never got my money back.

SCAMMERS Bullet points of the worst experience that I have ever had: -After you pay the disappear. It takes days to reach them out. -No shows at appointments with no advise or messages. -It takes other days to get them to book another session. -You request for a refund, you get told that it’s done and after weeks of following up, nothing has been done. -Use PayPal or your Bank to claim the money back for fraud and choose a different provider for better service.
