How to use all the programs that you installed and everything that you did, to make sure that my PC was running optimize as a hard-core call of duty player this is the best experience that I’ve had playing the game. My frames are incredibly high at 4K resolution my experience has been amazing. I feel like a different player. My PC is truly optimize, it runs smoother and doesn’t overheat you’re very professional and very knowledgeable and very patient. My controller overclocked feels smooth with no lag. It feels perfect even has helped my recoil stability thank you very much. Thank you for the time that you spent. Honestly, I don’t leave a lot of reviews, but I wanted to go out of my way to express my appreciation. Very poor Guy just didn’t show up first time, I was lucky enough to get refunded but from looking at the discord he uses, and other people that used his service, I got very very lucky to actually receive the refund. Would avoid at all costs.

No customer service at all No customer service at all. Constantly see people in the discord trying to get refunds for no shows and issues. I know optimizers have left so if you're busy maybe take down time slots so people aren't stood up. Huge bad look. Just seems like a struggle to get assistance as well as refunds when it claims 100% refund guarantee. Seeing all this made me steer clear

Poor tune and service. I got my pc tuned mainly because I was lacking FPS in Escape From Tarkov. From the tweets they advertised, improvements to performance are shown huge leaps. From what I experience, it was the most basic GPU and CPU profile tune that seems they just throw on for all their clients unless you’re someone huge with a following. They did the bare minimum. A few days later, I emailed multiple times and DM multiple times on twitter for a review for a refund. They also advertised a 30-days money back if you aren’t happy. I saw little to no improvements. In my numerous attempts to contact them, no one got back to me and I never got my money back.
