Dain is the REAL DEAL. My Experience: Dain is a top class PC tuner. Dain was very professional, approachable, and knowledgeable in our appointment. Dain didn't just change certain settings in my system and said "trust me bro," he thoroughly helped me understand how certain settings behave in games and in my system to further enhance overall performance. He's a very cool, mellow guy loaded with years of experience and knowledge. If you're looking to boost your PC's performance in a comfortable, educational environment, pray you get Dain!! What We Achieved: We were able to get my avg fps in Warzone (1440p) a massive 40fps! Even bumped up my 1% lows around 20-30fps! I didn't even know how to properly benchmark until Dain walked me through the process. But after each test, after each tune, we'd achieve more and more performance. I was astonished at how much more performance Dain was able to squeeze out of my rig. He made me feel like I'm truly getting the most out of my money, and I'm extremely satisfied. My Recommendation: I highly recommend SenseQuality. I found them from a YouTuber 'Software & Hardware Solutions.' My overall experience with SenseQuality was worth every penny at $150. But to be fair, my experience with Dain should've been worth way more. He went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with our session.

Pretty sad Pretty sad. So I had since built do my computers optimization for a while but I wanted to see what other people could do, just to be curios. So, hired more lol very friendly. So here it goes. We have our meeting *side note $75 rescheduling fee* for those that don’t know. He downloading some files on my computer to update whatever “needed to be updated”. So we go to the bios he does maybe 2 mins in the bios and I wish I was exaggerating. Set the xmp profile put it on ai optimization and yea that was it. I was like to myself hmmm maybe he has some other tricks up his sleeve. Sorry but no he didn’t. That was it and then says run that for 3 hours and you should be good…. So games kept crashing, response time was horrible. So, I was frustrated right. Reached out to him but responses here and there. When I got a response in the timely manner. So, then I rescheduled and he never showed up at all and I texted him multiple times no response never came into the zoom call. Then I just got fed up and said I would rather just like a refund. He said oh man it’s a 1 min fix and you’ll be good promise. I was like no because you did no stress test on the ram, no stress test for the cpu and didn’t do anything really. I told him this was the worst optimization I have ever had. So then he said well since we already optimized some of it how bout half a refund? I said nooooo, nothing works, keeps crashing and your site says Guarenteed your money back. After I sent him the screen shot of his website. He says next refund done thanks for your time. I was flabbergasted he wanted $350 for literally enabling xmp profile. I couldn’t believe it. Must be the pros he only cares about. I call him the fly by and optimize guy. Literally that’s it. WOULD NEVER I MEAM NEVER Recommend him to anyone. Since built is probably the best optimizers out there.

Poor tune and service. I got my pc tuned mainly because I was lacking FPS in Escape From Tarkov. From the tweets they advertised, improvements to performance are shown huge leaps. From what I experience, it was the most basic GPU and CPU profile tune that seems they just throw on for all their clients unless you’re someone huge with a following. They did the bare minimum. A few days later, I emailed multiple times and DM multiple times on twitter for a review for a refund. They also advertised a 30-days money back if you aren’t happy. I saw little to no improvements. In my numerous attempts to contact them, no one got back to me and I never got my money back.

Sense quality helped me beyond measure Sense quality helped me beyond measure. It was definitely worth the money vs trying to figure out everything myself! The staff has great communication and fast response to all my questions and even did a follow up with me after my appointment to ensure my computer was still performing properly.
