GBNo customer service at all No customer service at all. Constantly see people in the discord trying to get refunds for no shows and issues. I know optimizers have left so if you're busy maybe take down time slots so people aren't stood up. Huge bad look. Just seems like a struggle to get assistance as well as refunds when it claims 100% refund guarantee. Seeing all this made me steer clear

GBDain is the REAL DEAL. My Experience: Dain is a top class PC tuner. Dain was very professional, approachable, and knowledgeable in our appointment. Dain didn't just change certain settings in my system and said "trust me bro," he thoroughly helped me understand how certain settings behave in games and in my system to further enhance overall performance. He's a very cool, mellow guy loaded with years of experience and knowledge. If you're looking to boost your PC's performance in a comfortable, educational environment, pray you get Dain!! What We Achieved: We were able to get my avg fps in Warzone (1440p) a massive 40fps! Even bumped up my 1% lows around 20-30fps! I didn't even know how to properly benchmark until Dain walked me through the process. But after each test, after each tune, we'd achieve more and more performance. I was astonished at how much more performance Dain was able to squeeze out of my rig. He made me feel like I'm truly getting the most out of my money, and I'm extremely satisfied. My Recommendation: I highly recommend SenseQuality. I found them from a YouTuber 'Software & Hardware Solutions.' My overall experience with SenseQuality was worth every penny at $150. But to be fair, my experience with Dain should've been worth way more. He went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with our session.

GBDon't waste your money. You will regret it!! I should of scroll down and read all the reviews because they ghosted me and left me hanging. Nobody answers, and his discord is even more useless. Smh. Stay away from this company. Hopefully I get a refund from PayPal.

GBThey did a great job Overclocking a new pc The company is ran by very passonite people who really love what they do. If you just got a prebuilt, just built your first pc or just need help getting more out of it, they do great work with that. If you OC your system do not expect them to push your computer for more performance then you would be comfortable with because they cant/wont being they do it remotely and want a safe reliable result. I would suggest giving them a shot and get your pc tuned up!
