Pretty sad Pretty sad. So I had since built do my computers optimization for a while but I wanted to see what other people could do, just to be curios. So, hired more lol very friendly. So here it goes. We have our meeting *side note $75 rescheduling fee* for those that don’t know. He downloading some files on my computer to update whatever “needed to be updated”. So we go to the bios he does maybe 2 mins in the bios and I wish I was exaggerating. Set the xmp profile put it on ai optimization and yea that was it. I was like to myself hmmm maybe he has some other tricks up his sleeve. Sorry but no he didn’t. That was it and then says run that for 3 hours and you should be good…. So games kept crashing, response time was horrible. So, I was frustrated right. Reached out to him but responses here and there. When I got a response in the timely manner. So, then I rescheduled and he never showed up at all and I texted him multiple times no response never came into the zoom call. Then I just got fed up and said I would rather just like a refund. He said oh man it’s a 1 min fix and you’ll be good promise. I was like no because you did no stress test on the ram, no stress test for the cpu and didn’t do anything really. I told him this was the worst optimization I have ever had. So then he said well since we already optimized some of it how bout half a refund? I said nooooo, nothing works, keeps crashing and your site says Guarenteed your money back. After I sent him the screen shot of his website. He says next refund done thanks for your time. I was flabbergasted he wanted $350 for literally enabling xmp profile. I couldn’t believe it. Must be the pros he only cares about. I call him the fly by and optimize guy. Literally that’s it. WOULD NEVER I MEAM NEVER Recommend him to anyone. Since built is probably the best optimizers out there.

No customer service at all No customer service at all. Constantly see people in the discord trying to get refunds for no shows and issues. I know optimizers have left so if you're busy maybe take down time slots so people aren't stood up. Huge bad look. Just seems like a struggle to get assistance as well as refunds when it claims 100% refund guarantee. Seeing all this made me steer clear

I am not that knowledgeable about PC and specs and you broke everything down where I could understand it and gave me step-by-step. How to use all the programs that you installed and everything that you did, to make sure that my PC was running optimize as a hard-core call of duty player this is the best experience that I’ve had playing the game. My frames are incredibly high at 4K resolution my experience has been amazing. I feel like a different player. My PC is truly optimize, it runs smoother and doesn’t overheat you’re very professional and very knowledgeable and very patient. My controller overclocked feels smooth with no lag. It feels perfect even has helped my recoil stability thank you very much. Thank you for the time that you spent. Honestly, I don’t leave a lot of reviews, but I wanted to go out of my way to express my appreciation. Thank you very much I hope to work with you again anyone reading this review I want to tell you that there’s a lot of people out there that think they know call of duty and how it runs but this guy knows call of duty. He’s a master of what he does with the settings for your game. No, they know what they’re doing at sensequality!!!

The guy that helped me tuned my pc and… The guy that helped me tuned my pc and everything but all I gained was like 10 fps if that I still only get 100fps in warzone and 120 in multiplayer feel like that should not be a problem.
