GBNo customer service at all No customer service at all. Constantly see people in the discord trying to get refunds for no shows and issues. I know optimizers have left so if you're busy maybe take down time slots so people aren't stood up. Huge bad look. Just seems like a struggle to get assistance as well as refunds when it claims 100% refund guarantee. Seeing all this made me steer clear

GBVery poor Guy just didn’t show up first time, I was lucky enough to get refunded but from looking at the discord he uses, and other people that used his service, I got very very lucky to actually receive the refund. Would avoid at all costs.

GBWould give 0 stars if possible Would give 0 stars if possible. Had to reschedule appointment after he no showed the first one, second one was 20 minutes late and offered a bunch of help for my patience, third one no showed and haven’t heard from him since. Trying to get a refund

Sense quality helped me beyond measure Sense quality helped me beyond measure. It was definitely worth the money vs trying to figure out everything myself! The staff has great communication and fast response to all my questions and even did a follow up with me after my appointment to ensure my computer was still performing properly.
