Awful awful company Awful awful company, take your money ruin your PC leaving it unstable and running at 90 degrees and then ignore any emails. Kirneill is a fraud and just blocks anyone who needs any sort of customer service. STAY AWAY!!!!

Don't waste your money. You will regret it!! I should of scroll down and read all the reviews because they ghosted me and left me hanging. Nobody answers, and his discord is even more useless. Smh. Stay away from this company. Hopefully I get a refund from PayPal.

Would give 0 stars if possible Would give 0 stars if possible. Had to reschedule appointment after he no showed the first one, second one was 20 minutes late and offered a bunch of help for my patience, third one no showed and haven’t heard from him since. Trying to get a refund

Edit: not a scam,mixed communication I had originally written a not so positive review of sensequality thinking I had been ripped off but I'm editing it now. " kerneiil" contacted me the next day and spent over 3 hours + helping me fix/optimize my pc. He's a really nice guy, definitely knows what hes doing and was very helpful. I now feel bad for flying off the handle thinking I got scammed. Communication could possibly be better but service was top notch.
