Highly recommend Refunds Manager I use RefundsManager for the simple reason: They get back money for me. I do not have to follow up with Amazon for any reconciliation because I rely fully on RefundsManager to do the job. They are always responsive and resolve any issues that crop up as best as they can. I highly recommend them!

Great Even for Medium Sized Sellers I was not sure if Refund Manager would be worth the money because I am a small - medium sized seller. I was wrong! Nate and his team recovered several hundred dollars of lost/damaged/missing/returned inventory within a few weeks. Each case was quickly answered and all were reimbursed. I could have attempted to research and request reimbursement on my own, but I would not have recovered all of it. It would have taken me hours, even days. Time I would rather use growing my business. Refund Manager is thorough and recovers ALL money Amazon owes. I now enjoy the peace of mind knowing Refund Manager is handling all future lost/damaged/missing inventory.

If you're not using this software, you're throwing YOUR OWN money away! I have been using this company for over 3 years and I have saved TENS of THOUSANDS of dollars. All I had to do was sign up and since that day, its been automatic and consistent. I sell expensive items on Amazon and I am 100% FBA. You wouldn't believe how much of my inventory was lost, damaged, misplaced, or refunded after the 30 day window.
