USNO ISSUES AND VERY PROMT Refund manager was reccomend to me by another amazon seller. Being a small business and not wanting to add paid help or use my time chasing Amazon's mistakes this has been a huge asset and time saver. USGreat Even for Medium Sized Sellers I was not sure if Refund Manager would be worth the money because I am a small - medium sized seller. I was wrong! Nate and his team recovered several hundred dollars of lost/damaged/missing/returned inventory within a few weeks. Each case was quickly answered and all were reimbursed. I could have attempted to research and request reimbursement on my own, but I would not have recovered all of it. It would have taken me hours, even days. Time I would rather use growing my business. Refund Manager is thorough and recovers ALL money Amazon owes. I now enjoy the peace of mind knowing Refund Manager is handling all future lost/damaged/missing inventory.

USWe love Refunds Manager We love Refunds Manager! We set up the account 2 years ago and havent had to look at it since. It runs itself and recovers thousands of dollars every quarter that slip through the cracks. We always look to find a better software or company that can do the job better but these guys are the best weve found so far to recover lost funds.

USIf you're not using this software, you're throwing YOUR OWN money away! I have been using this company for over 3 years and I have saved TENS of THOUSANDS of dollars. All I had to do was sign up and since that day, its been automatic and consistent. I sell expensive items on Amazon and I am 100% FBA. You wouldn't believe how much of my inventory was lost, damaged, misplaced, or refunded after the 30 day window.
